Introduction

Code Capsules, a two-year-old startup with seed funding and strong early traction, partnered with Hivory to accelerate growth. As strategic advisors, we guided a pivot from B2C to B2B — redefining positioning, sales, and messaging to unlock scalable, enterprise-ready expansion.

The Problem

Code Capsules had strong technology but limited traction. The B2C model wasn’t converting profitably, and messaging failed to resonate with enterprise clients, leading to slow growth and unclear market positioning.

The Solution

We pivoted Code Capsules from B2C to B2B, created a clear value proposition and ICP, re-engineered its sales and marketing operations, and launched an agile, conversion-focused website to drive high-value growth.

Technology Used

Hivory AI
We used Hivory AI to identify a niche ideal customer profile (ICP) within the B2B segment, revealing untapped opportunity areas and informing a data-driven go-to-market strategy focused on enterprise growth.
Meaning
Meaning analysed historical marketing performance to uncover the most profitable channels and campaign types — helping us double down on what worked and eliminate wasted spend.
Webflow
We built an agile Webflow website designed for experimentation, enabling the Code Capsules team to quickly test different value propositions, messaging angles, and conversion flows.
Hubspot
HubSpot was implemented to centralise sales operations, improve data visibility, and build a repeatable sales playbook — aligning marketing and sales around shared metrics and a unified growth process.
