Designer

We’re looking for a versatile designer to support brand and creative execution across multiple clients while helping us build out our internal design systems.

Role Description

We’re a fast-moving strategy consultancy that partners with ambitious startups to help them scale through design, brand, and growth strategy. We’re looking for a versatile designer who thrives in a startup-paced environment, is passionate about where design and technology intersect, and is ready to help us build out the next evolution of our design operations. This role is perfect for someone who wants to do meaningful work, build systems from scratch, and help shape the way we deliver world-class creative for our clients.

Experience

3+ years of design experience (preferably in an agency environment)
Proven ability to manage time, communicate effectively, and deliver high-quality work across multiple brands
Experience with both digital and print design
Comfortable experimenting with new tools, platforms, and ways of working
Passionate about design, technology, and where the two meet
Self-starter who’s not afraid to try, fail, learn, and try again

What you'll do

Support our clients with ad hoc design requests across digital and traditional channels
Maintain and evolve brand identities across multiple clients
Follow and enforce brand guidelines consistently
Help us design and implement internal design processes and workflows
Contribute to building out the design team and creative capabilities
Collaborate closely with the founder and cross-functional teams

While we’re fully remote, we prefer Cape Town-based team members for the occasional in-person catch-up and creative sprint.
